Nicole and Austin’s save the dates introduced their romantic vision. We used a classic layout with dusty blue accents, a color that appeared throughout their entire celebration. This first piece of stationery gave guests a glimpse of the elegant celebration ahead.

Elegant Dusty Blue Wedding Invitation Suite

Nicole and Austin’s keepsake invitation suite included a main invitation, RSVP card, details insert, weekend events card, and dusty blue envelope. Calligraphy, a wax seal, and vintage postage tied everything together. The suite reflected the charm of The Farm at Eagles Ridge, a historic barn venue surrounded by rolling hills in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Elegant Stationery Details for the Wedding Ceremony

Ceremony Welcome Sign

As guests arrived at the ceremony, a large welcome sign greeted them. It featured Nicole and Austin’s names and wedding date in the same fonts used throughout the suite. This detail created a warm and polished first impression.

Ceremony Program Booklets

At the entrance, guests were greeted by a beautiful basket tied with a dusty blue ribbon that held a stack of folded ceremony programs. These booklets outlined the ceremony and highlighted the couple’s wedding party and families. More than just practical, they became a keepsake for guests to remember the day.

Reception Welcome Sign

The reception began with a second welcome sign, displayed at the barn entrance. It matched the ceremony signage (and the weekend events card!) to create a seamless transition from one part of the day to the next.

Cards & Gifts and Guestbook Signs

We designed coordinating signs for the cards and gifts table and the guestbook station. Each sign used the same color palette and font to ensure a cohesive look.

Remembrance Sign

In the barn, a small framed sign honored loved ones who had passed. It was a quiet, heartfelt detail that matched the rest of the wedding’s paper goods.

Personalized Paper Details for a Seamless Guest Experience

Seating Chart Display

The gold wire seating chart featured a clean, organized layout grouped by table. Displayed against the stone wall of the barn, it was easy to read and added a visual moment to the space.

Thank You Notes & Place Cards

Each guest’s seat included a custom place card printed on ivory cardstock. The minimal design and classic script tied in with the rest of the suite while adding a personal touch.

Nicole and Austin also opted for thank you notes placed at every seat to express their gratitude to their guests. Designed with the same fonts and colors as the invitations, the thank you notes blended beautifully with the table settings. Gold candlesticks, soft white florals, and light linens completed the look.
