While you do not need to book your day-of paper at the same time as invitations, we do recommend booking at least 5 months before your wedding to ensure your design spot is secured. That way we have plenty of time to plan and produce your stationery.
Do we need to book our day-of paper at the same time as our invitations?
First, we will send you a form where you will indicate your stationery needs and design preferences. Next, we will send you digital proofs to review. From there, we'll refine your designs until your stationery is exactly what you're dreaming of.
what is the design process like?
Typically we try to finalize all designs and quantities about 5-6 weeks before your wedding day. This gives us plenty of time for printing, production, and shipping.
when do we need to finalize designs and quantities?
We understand that some day-of details rely on a lot of moving parts coming together! If it happens that any of your paper items need to be rushed to arrive in time for your wedding, expedited production and shipping fees may apply.
What happens if we are behind the recommended timeline?
Absolutely! We usually start out with your invitation design as the foundation for your day-of paper. We use colors, fonts, and other design elements from your suite to create branded stationery across all of your wedding day paper.
Can you match my invitation suite and overall wedding aesthetic?
To reserve your spot on our calendar, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due before production begins. One we have received your payment, we'll send over your project timeline.
